Premier Choice Exteriors was founded in 2016 by Steve Lyons after transitioning from what was once a division of FFC, LLC into a fully independent company built around craftsmanship, reliability, and service. What began as a small exterior division has grown into a trusted contractor serving government, commercial, and property management clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Today, we operate through three focused divisions—Government, Commercial, and Property Management Services—each tailored to meet the unique needs of the clients and industries they support.
From the start, our mission has been simple: do the job right, communicate honestly, and stand behind every project long after the work is complete. Our Government Division is experienced in highly regulated, documentation-heavy government projects where precision and compliance are non-negotiable. Our Commercial Division partners with developers, owners, and general contractors to deliver dependable roofing and exterior envelope solutions with minimal disruption. Our Property Management Services Division supports HOAs, condo associations, and facility managers with responsive repairs, capital-planning guidance, inspections, and insurance-driven restoration—removing stress and guesswork from exterior maintenance.
